Hey all you Cross Racers heading to Astoria, if you do not have a place lined up to stay we have a few spots open at PIER 39....Really cool place that we have stayed several times over the past few years for different occasions...Last year we rented the whole pier for the cross race and had a big group go down....Here is the schedule we have planned.
Saturday you can check in around 1pm....or after you race if you race Saturday....
Saturday night we are having a huge costume party, and yes costumes are required...
Race Sunday, come back, clean up, eat at the brewery downstairs and move back to the party room for the Post Race Party, staying Sunday night also, this party will include a Compex E-stem amp challenge, the champ from last year is returning, Emily Moon....We are giving some Hammer Nutrition goodies away for costume prizes and for Sunday night....Things you would need to bring, airbed, cot or mat to sleep on, a food dish for the Saturday Party...That's about it, cost will depend on the total number of people going but somewhere around 80.00 a person for both nights....I am also getting a good deal on beer from the Rogue Brewery downstairs and that will be added later to the total...Check out the website, we have all 3 rooms rented which includes a large open kitchen area, large party room and a huge open conference room for sleeping now that all the beds are full... www.pier39-astoria.com Click on Fisherman's Suites...
