Size 44 (US 11) Specialized Body Geometry Comp shoes. Like these:

2008 Model. They have some use, but not much. The soles have been lightly trimmed to clear candy pedals. Cleats not included.
These are too big for me. For comparison, they are slightly larger than a 44 1/2 Sidi Dominator, and they have a roomier toe box.
