If the red spots are blood, use hydrogen peroxide. Blood instantly
dissolves, like magic.

I've found an enzyme cleaner called "Bac-Out" by Biokleen to be
pretty effective on many organic stains. You can apply to to the
affected spots and let it soak for a few. Then wash in cold water. DO
NOT DRY in a dryer (even on low temp) until you've gotten as much of
the stain removed as possible.

That said-- a WHITE skinsuit for CX?? Are you crazy?? :)

Anyway-- Bac-Out can be found at Fred Meyer. Maybe places like
Safeway, too, but I've never looked. Whole Foods and New Seasons for
sure.

Good luck!

Go to the store and buy a tub of Oxy cleanse.

According to instructions, soak the skinsuit in the oxy cleanse and
water(overnight) in a bowl or whatever container you have. Then wash in
washing machine next day.

You will be amazed!

First off, I know I'm not the only one who has thrown their sweaty bike
stuff in the hamper and totally forgot about it unitl you pull it out a
few days later to wash only to see red mold spots on it.

How in the world do I get these out of my whites?...specifically, my
white cross skinsuit?

Reply off list unless you think everyone could benefit :)

..and yes...a lot of my whites have endured this from summer xc
racing...
