What if a guy wanted to ride a bike out there? From N Portland, say. Any
idea what the fastest route may be? And how long in terms of time?

Not that anyone would do this, but …

If I just blindly punch the Clatsop County Fairgrounds address into
Google Maps, it tells me to take long stretches of gravel road. I know
I'm driving to a cross race, and it might be a fun adventure and all,
but I'd suggest that you take the I-5, 30, 202 route instead.
