Folks,

I have a whole bunch of information for you:

The annual meeting/BAR awards banquet will be on January 10th at
Madison's Bar and Grill in Portland. All teams that have paid $35 for
the 2008 year- plan on sending at least one representative to the
meeting which will occur before the banquet. More details and payment
instructions will be forthcoming. BAR awards and Oregon Cup awards
will be presented at the banquet.

The 2009 mailer will be coming out very soon. If you would like to
receive the mailer in PDF (thus saving OBRA printing and postage
costs, please e-mail me and let me know)

Talk about the mailer- advertising spots are available for $125+
depending on placement and size. This mailer will go out to 8000+
racers. Please e-mail for details. Any spots must be reserved by
next Tuesday.

2009 Preliminary Calendar available here- still waiting on a couple of
races and some conflicts are being worked out.

We will be following USAC in terms of using numbered categories for
MTB in 2009.
