Hello All,
A few questions have been posed regarding some of the specifics of the Winter Training Camp. Here are the answers:
1) The training does involve actual training rides. Those will take place on Saturdays and will typically last from 3 to 4 hours.
2) You will meet with your personal trainer once a week, after first undergoing a personal evaluation.
3) Educational seminars will be conducted weekly, either by your coach or a guest speaker.
4) You may also choose to join the CycleOne Winter Trails ride on Sundays at no additional charge.
5) If you want massage therapy or acupuncture, there is a fee for that service.
6) That means you will have 3 or possibly 4 training sessions weekly, in addition to the take home training plan.
7) We will take a week off during the Christmas holiday.
