Such a healthy perversion Mr. Wilson. Thanks so much for the wonderful
entertainment. Might I say that it was great fun for little ol' me. You
and Yenne had a great race as usual. The top 3-4 of you are making the 50+
a real race, not just one person taking off and leaving the field behind
(Luoma, Leet, Zale). There is a race at the front this year. I am so
lifted when I see people not just have fun, but have good races as did
several in our 50+ group Sunday. Jay Rathe, Steve Lacey and Dan McNaughton
all had strong efforts which are good as we move further into the season.
All our group (from 1st to last) shine a great deal of positive light on the
Cross scene. We show that you can keep going as the birthdays continue to
come our way. We had good races going on all through our category. Mark
Ontiveros blew by me on the last lap and pulled away. Paul Montgomery told
me that the old man Marantz managed to hold him off. I do have to admit
that Don Leet just amazes me with how tough of a competitor he is week in
week out. Way to go to all. Way to go all in all cats.
