Get your mind and body ready for next season - HPC will be offering weekly Bike Yoga classes starting Monday November 17th, taught by Uma Kleppinger. The days/times are Monday 6-7:30pm and Tuesday/Thursday Noon-1:00 PM. Registration details can be found at www.HPChiro.com

If you have never taken a yoga class before, these classes are a great place to start improving your flexibility and balance. Many athletes find that regular yoga practice allows them to recover faster from hard workouts, and feel smooth and powerful on the bike.

For those that are already familiar with yoga, this class is dedicated to unwinding some of the stiffness that can result from cycling, and will give you new ideas to incorporate into your regular practice.
