If you receive a ticket on your BICYCLE on a private area not a hwy or road and are found guilty does it get reported to DMV? I rcvd a disobeying a traffic control device (811.265) in gresham near springwatertrail...If it does it may effect my car incurance rates.... DMV says it depends on what the court says or does... I go to traffic court in gresham on this matter next Monday for trial I have plead not guilty.
