I am looking for something cheap.
Something with a 56 to 57 cm effective top tube.
Disc brake compatible a plus, but not a necessity.
Prefer canti mounts, so an old cross frame might work even if it does have horizontal dropouts.
MUST have fender mounts.
Prefer steel.
I am just going to commute with it, so it doesn't have to be pretty, it just has to be in decent shape.
