bike yoga update

Last week's class turnout was awesome! Class sizes are small, ensuring personal support and advice specific to individual physical concerns. Simple core work, neck and shoulder release, hips and low back/hamstring stretches make us the bulk of these classes. They are accessible to everyone who doesn't presently have a snapped collarbone. (Sorry Dave, Kenji. We'll hold a spot for you in a few weeks :)

6-7:30pm $15 drop-in

Tues 11/25 noon-1pm $10 drop-in

THE SMALL PRINT: Please arrive 10 minutes early to make payment, sign form and get settled into class. Bring yoga mat if you have one. There is no inside bike parking so if you ride, bring a lock. There is easy metered parking in the neighborhood if you're driving. The office is also located in the TriMet Fare Free Zone.
