I'm back in Tucson for the winter on a short lease, but I'm in the
unfortunate position of losing my roommate at the end of December.

I'll soon have a spare room at my apartment in Sabino Canyon (near the
base of the fabled Mt. Lemmon) and a lease that stands through the end
of March.

Perks: washer, dryer, private bath, excellent bike lanes from my
complex to anywhere in Tucson, Professional Bike Mechanic (me) on hand
to keep your rig running throughout your stay. And you get the big
bedroom.

This really is a golden opportunity to gain the kind of early season
fitness you haven't had in years - Team Guinness, I'm looking in your
general direction ;). So, if anyone wants a few months of solid winter
training, contact me off-list. If you're interested in renting on a
weekly basis, I'd consider that, too.
