I am working with Pactimo currently to develop a custom kit for CycleOne. This is an Italian company with a U.S. operation in Colorado. So far the service has been outstanding. Although their prices are a little higher than some other companies, the minimum of 5 is very attractive. Even better is that reorders have no minimum. As well you can have an unlimited number of colors at no additional charge. The first hour of artwork is free, so it pays to do as much of the designing as you can on your own if you want to keep the cost down. Right now they are about 7 weeks out on production.
