Yeah, gold bits for the XTR components. I believe that Shimano's own
descriptions sum up this set of add-ons perfectly:

"Combination of silver and gold color design makes stylish image"

and my favorite, the description of the pulleys:

"0.5 g lighter novelty white color for new image. Damage may occur
more easily than standard models (in a) bike crash."

Ah. It seems like it IS all about "bling blong". Ugly bling blong at
that. The stuff seems barely lighter than standard stuff, more
fragile and uglier.
