Happy New Year everyone.

I'm sorry if anyone is on twice or if this doesn't pertain to someone on the
list. I wanted to inform as many people as possible about some upcoming
racing opportunities in Europe for juniors. This is not something that USAC
has a budget for, but I have been trying to get information to send out so
that young riders who are looking for international racing experience have
the knowledge. I also realize this is getting kind of late, but I only am
able to confirm today that all of these races will be offered.

Please contact me if you have athletes who are interested to participate,
and I will make arrangements with the race organizers. Also, please feel
free to pass this around on any forums or to others who I missed.

Clay
