There was 30" of snow in the Gales Creek area, still well over a foot.
The road around Hagg Lake had 12" of snow right to the fog line Sunday
evening when I scouted there. I have not been over Hwy 26 in the last
week or so but suspect that at the very least there will be tons of
"sand" debris from the fog line out and that there will also be at
least some snow/slush. Sunset Hwy is not one of the roads I'd be
wanting to take the lane. Just my $0.02
