Hi Mike,
What is the best way to warn people who may be training for the Jack Frost
time trial to avoid Lower River Road on Sunday January 25 between 9 AM and 1
PM? The 19th Annual Vancouver Lake half marathon will be held that day and
runners will be on both sides of Rieger Road and on the trail crossing on
Lower River Road between Vancouver Lake Park and Frenchmans Bar Park.
