Hi,

I am looking for place to live in Bend, preferably in downtown or Northwest side. Short-term is OK, or long-term, if it is the right situation.
-I am a serious cyclist (Duh), so ride 3 to 5 times a week, depending on weather. I need secure storage for my three bikes.
-I am not a young hard partying person. I am middle-aged guy, go to bed early, get up early, fairly tidy.
-I am semi-retired, no financial worries (I will pay the rent on-time every month and have stellar references)
-I am looking to find a part-time job, just to stay busy.

Something in the $500 range would be good.
