Hi OBRA-land,

A house owned by my family, and incidentally next door to Melissa Sanborn
and me, will become available for rent in mid March. It's on SE Salmon St
between 47th and 49th and is a two bedroom with covered carport and enclosed
patio (which would make a great bike room). Hard wood floors, recently
redone bath. It's small, but in a great location, right on the bike route.
Water and garbage included. Washer and dryer and yard work included.
Enclosed back yard with small storage barn. Apple and cherry tree in back as
well, along with room for gardening. Cats are okay, but not dogs. We also
have great neighbors on this block. I'd have to get back to you about the
rent, since I'm not sure what it is at the moment.

I'd love to get bike friendly people in there. Please shoot me an email or
