What do we offer?

We offer cycling-specific coaching and training services to all levels of cyclists—from beginner to professional. That means whether you are gearing up for your first century, or preparing to ride on the NRC, we will custom-tailor a training program to ensure that you are 100% prepared when you take the starting line.

What sets us apart from other coaches or trainers?

The fact is…there are a number of good coaches out there. What we offer is over 10 years of experience working with some of the most successful athletes in the world. We have aided in the development of junior, masters, and professional cyclists in the US and Europe.

What is your coaching philosophy?

Our approach (or philosophy) is three-fold. First, we believe in using the most advanced and innovative resources available; hereby maximizing your physiological abilities. Second, we believe that there is no substitute for hard work. Our athletes push themselves to the limit in training, so that they are ready for race day. However, our programs keep in mind that not every cyclist is the same physically, and we create your training program according to these parameters. Finally, we are committed to the mental aspect of cycling; specifically learning and practicing race tactics. Our goal is for our athletes to be physically and mentally prepared for the task at hand. Our programs are designed to increase your confidence, bike-handling, and strategic awareness.

What else can I expect?

You can expect us to listen to you…and ask a lot of questions. We want to know what your goals are, what limits you have (work, family, etc.), and hear about your past experiences. From that, we are able to formulate a program that will maximize your strengths and minimize your weaknesses. We believe that an ongoing dialogue between coach and athlete is essential to success.

Additionally, all our clients have access to the following:

• Free personal assessment and intake interview
• Personalized training schedule (including a cycling-specific weight training program)
• E-mail, telephone, and face-to-face contact with your coach (amount depends on plan)
• Certified Bike Fit Systems© bike fitting and CompuTrainer© pedal stroke analysis
• Comprehensive nutritional analysis and individually-designed meal and supplement plans
• Licensed full-service physical therapy clinic (free initial evaluation)
• Client discount on gym membership (convenient downtown location)
• Client discounts on selected cycling components

What kind of plans do you offer and how much does it cost?

At our initial interview we will assess your needs, and after that we will present you with several options based on your requirements and goals. Typically, our plans will be far more comprehensive and much less expensive than you will find anywhere else…starting at $100 per month.
