Really, you should have a gotten the link to the OBRA letter that
gives instructions. (Unless you have my name set to SPAM- which
wouldn't be surprising. ;) )

Pull the current sticker that you have off the front of your card.
(This should be the last time that you need to pull off the sticker-
use goo gone if necessary. Put the barcode on the front. The white
sticker goes on the back.)

I'd appreciate some guidance on what to do with all the stuff that came in my envelope:

--the barcode sticker
--the 3" x 1.5" yellow sticker
--the 1.5" long "2009" sticker
--the sticker that replicates/updates info on my 2008 plastic card

I think I know what to do with the plastic number plate, but maybe some of the sharper wits here have suggestions...
