This is a great looking red frame. Felt sold this as a frameset only. I've had it built up as a TT bike for the last couple years so it's use has been minimal. If you're interested in a budget tt bike I'd be willing to sell it as a complete bike. E mail me off list for details or call 503-380-6708.
