I crashed right in front of a fire station once, happens to be the one where
I'm director!? After regaining consciousness I joked with the firefighters
that I was just testing their emergency preparedness!? They chuckled.? The
car's driver who ran the stop sign and hit me wasn't chuckling so much after
the lawyer put pressure on her insurance company to pay the $25K+ in medical
bills........ and bike damage.......and lost wages.
