Who does the frame builder recommend? Many builders are good bike fitters

themselves. I am having a custom mt frame made and for the most part I am

leaving the geometry up to the builder. He measured me and my old bike.

Asked me what I do and do not like about my old bike, what kind of ride I

want, want kind of riding I will be doing and what parts I will by using. I

want the bike to as much his bike as it is mine and I am paying for his

experience to be able to design and build my bike. Otherwise I would stay

with my mass produced frame.
