I am looking to build a cross bike for next year and am looking for a 54cm Road bike equivalent frame. I have a fork (1 1/8" threadless) and most everything else. It can be used and scratched, but preferably not crooked or bent. Dents are OK if they are not ruining the integrity of the frame strength. I am looking for something around $100 or less.
