Jacob Furniss

We have a room currently available until August. This would be ideal for
someone that has just moved to town and needs a semi-temporary place to
stay.

About the house:
- There are two bedrooms on the main floor and one in the basement. Ether of
the main rooms are available.
- We are 1/4mile from the Max and New Seasons.
- Plenty of storage space in basement and garage.
- Basement work/bike repair area
- Burning barrel in backyard
- Street or driveway parking
- High speed wireless ($19/month)

About the tenants:
- We are brothers ages 28 and 25
- Both full time students (Engineering and Graphic Design)
- Avid cyclists and racers
- We are very busy, generally quite, and keep to ourselves
- Two inside/outside cats

About you:
- Preferably a student
- Have a sense of humor
- Love music / hate TV
- Like recreational cycling
