I may be shipping a bike in May (instead of taking it on the airplane).
What is my best option these days? The last time I shipped it was about 2
1/2 yrs ago; I used Fed Ex and the price wasn't too bad. I heard Amtrak
may be an option as well.

I think I remember reading somewhere that these shippers were going to raise
their prices. Big time.
