It is very unlikely that there will be snow accumulation on the road surface by race time. An announcement will be posted to OBRA Chat ASAP tomorrow morning IF THE RACE IS CANCELLED. No announcement = race on.

Here is the NOAA forecast:

(Hagg Lake Elevation is 400 feet)

Tonight: Rain and snow showers. Snow level 500 feet. Low around 32. West northwest wind 8 to 16 mph becoming south southwest. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Sunday: Snow showers before noon, then rain and snow showers. Snow level 600 feet. High near 40. West southwest wind around 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

If you don't like racing in the snow why do you schedule races in the
winter?
Buck up and deal with it. This must be what everybody wants 'cause they
keep showing up!

(I'm going for a bike ride now, I'll get back to read the flaming
replies later.)
