The 2009 Veloforma Norman Babcock Cat 4 Women's Series presented by Garmin kicks off this Sunday, March 15, at Banana Belt #3. All new and returning cat 4 riders are encouraged to come out and RACE! This is a fun, challenging early-season course.
As a special bonus, Russell Cree and Jeannette Rose from Upper Echelon Fitness will be on hand to present a post-race coaching clinic. They'll observe the race from the lead and follow cars, and then give feedback on what happened during the race, what could have happened, who made the winning move, what race tactics played out during the race, etc. (Try out all those race moves you've been practicing this winter--give the coaches something to analyze!) This is a great way for new racers to get more insight on what happens during a race and to ask questions about the race.
