There is a lot of information floating around on the group rides and internet about the best workouts and ways to train. Lots of base, lots of intensity, super-secret workouts...
Most people, however, don't spend a lot of time thinking about recovery. Start talking about the importance of recovery and people yawn. Sigh.
Remember, workouts only make you tired. Is is the recovery process that makes you stronger.
