Mt. Hood Cycling Classic

Fellow Citzens of OBRA,

Just a quick note to let you know that we will have packet pickup available for the Cherry Blossom Cycling Classic on Thursday evening April 2nd from 5-7:30 p.m. at the Hood River Port Crit race site. I encourage all of you to come pick up your packet the night before to reduce the stress race morning but more importantly come out and race the Hood River Port Crit. If you are planning to attend book your lodging now. Rooms are filling up fast and any rooms at our host hotels that are not taken by the first of next week will be let go to the general public. We currently have a number of rooms blocked for race competitors so when you call Comfort Inn or Cousins Inn make sure and let them know you are coming in for the race. Plus you get a discounted rate as well and a portion of the room sales goes back to the race. If you want the race to continue then help support it through lodging with these establishments. Be sure to get your registration in now to avoid late fees. The city of The Dalles is psyched and it is going to be a tremendous event. We hope to see all of you at the starting line!
