It comes to my attention that I submitted the wrong prefix before my phone number with this appeal last week. My apologies.

Please review now at your leisure, with no fear of mis-information.

Dearest and most benevolent OBRAlites,

I write today in the hope of soliciting the donation of your most unwanted tools of the trade.

Many of you know me as one who finds and develops Cat Sixes - many of them, the faces conspicuously missing from our peloton. I am currently working on a little crew of 13 year old juniors including one with cerebral palsy who we have setup stokin a tandem. With your help, he and his captain will make their debut soon.

See, we need anything/everything. Earmuffs and derailers, bicycles and booties, but mostly, raincoats.

If you want to donate anything in disrepair, let us repair it, and get more life out of it. Five speed cogs and mirrors that mount on your eyeglasses are welcome.

So if you are not already bringing up a junior or your own band of squirrely Cat Sixes, then please donate your bike junk to Bicycles and Ideas for Kids' Empowerment, a 501c3 nonprofit.

Warm Regards, and Godspeed,

John Benenate
