Hey all,
We are moving towards the end of April and are putting our house on McKinley Court in Eugene up for rent. If anyone is interested please get in touch with me. I have put an add up on Craigslist and we are already getting responses to it: http://eugene.craigslist.org/apa/1092716257.html
It will be available sometime between May 1st and 15th, we have some work to do to get it ready. One of the things we are going to do is paint it, so if you are interested and want to pick the paint colors let me know.
It is 3 blocks off the bike path, take City View to 14th to McKinley Court.
It has a great bike garage and a huge back yard with large wood deck.
