List of grades in the west hills for the Ronde van oeste Portlandia

I won't vouch for the precision of the grades, but as I have measured
some of them on my cycle, I posted them at

It is probably impossible for me to go straight up some of the hills,
so my front tire may have rolled a greater than straight line distance.
