To all Competitors of the 2009 Cherry Blossom Cycling Classic
A huge thanks for your support and participation of in this event. There are so many races on the Northwest schedule and we appreciate all who came out to compete and enjoy this inaugural event. Your support means a lot. The community enjoyed your stay and watching the race and you left a very positive impression with them. We are putting in our weather request now for next years race so we can continue to get the most spectacular conditions and will be working in the next couple of months to outline how we can make the event even bigger and better in 2010.
One thing that we could use from all of you is positive feedback and thank you's to our sponsors and supporters. Companies and organizations sponsor events in order to increase their product or services visibility and provide a positive experience for consumers. If they here nothing from participants they assume that the participants did not enjoy or appreciate the event and will look for other ways to invest their marketing dollars in the future. Listed below are a couple of the amazing folks who made huge contributions to the event and some of our sponsors. If you have a few minutes a quick email to them letting them know that you enjoyed the event will go a long ways to building this event in the future. Finally if you see a Sorella Forte rider out on a training ride or in a race give them a huge thanks as well. They helped co-promote the event and brought an army of staff out that stayed out here all weekend working 10 hour days just to make this event happen. Thanks ladies you were awesome!
