I just use the same protein powder I use after rock climbing. MetRX Protein
Plus. As with all protein powders, it is unlikely you can adequately
metabolize all of the protein in a recommended serving. I also like the
IsoPure Protein by Nature's Best. Mixes easily and has worked well after
hard aerobic activity.
