One block south of NE Fremont on 46th ... near many coffee shops and
eateries. Three bedroom/ two bath + finished basement. Remodeled galley
kitchen with sunlit area adjacent to the backyard. Beautiful lilac tree,
hydrangeas, and roses in the back, and a raised bed and planters off the
deck for gardening. Tool shed for storage. Small pet(s) okay.

Asking $1700/month, or $5,000 for three months. $1,000 refundable deposit.
Utilities included, cost-limit TBD (Gas, Water, Sewer, Electric, Internet,
Garbage.)
