Mike Ripley
Hello,
Whats on Tap?
Well,
Great racing........
Starting Thursday for the Pro, 1,2 men and Pro, 1,2,3 women this event will
take you on great courses around the Willamette Valley,
For most of you, your event will start on Friday the 24th at King Estate
Winery. Full City Coffee will be on hand serving up free coffee from
8:30-10:30 am and right after that Volifonix will be dishing out some great
music from 11:30 until 2pm.
So come to King Estate and bring a friend, go to the winery while your
friend races and have a glass of wine up top and listen to some great music.
Saturday the 25th is one beautiful course and weather or not you are
battling it out or hanging on the scenery is just epic. IF you have not
checked out the descent from Alsea falls it is online to view.
The last 17 miles from Alpine has 5 small .25 mile to .75 long sections to
put just that extra pressure to break whats left of the peloton up before
the finish in Philomath.
A great place for spectators as well and in Philomath the La Rockita at 1413
Main street in Philomath has awesome burritos after your 60 mile journey
through the woods for not too many $$$$'s
Sunday is the Corvallis TT from Crescent Valley HS
15 miles and 900 ft of climbing.
*Prizes*
The cash purse for many divisions continues to grow and remember we are
awarding a $100.00 bonus for the Alsea Falls Stage for all categories for

Make sure to postmark your entry by 4/15 to avoid the 15.00 late fee and I
really do appreciate the support from all of you. This marks a very
important step for Willamette and its future and without your support Sal
