Just a reminder that I have Table Rock BIBs for all riders. Well 300 bibs
for the center and right side of your body.
registration is open until 8pm friday online
register at the sams valley school the morning of the race 4/19 30 minutes
before your start...don't be late please

Observe the centerline......narrow roads......100 push ups for centerline
violations and a big DQ.....not Dairy Queen

*Also, I will be doing Willamette Registration for those who make the drive
to Table Rock with NO late fee's if you want to register for 4/23-4/26 or
4/24-4/26 depending on you cat for supporting TRRR

My name is Karin Wares and I'm Bob's freind, the licensed massage therapist.
Thank you for the receptivity, I'd love to set up at the event.
I will offer 10, 15 and 20 minute massages for $10, $15 and $20 respectively
and I am happy to donate 10% of the proceeds to the school fundraiser.
I will plan to set up at 9:00 in the morning.

I am also offering the chance for all you Cat 4's that are 35+ or 45+ to
race the cat 4/5 in the am and race the 35+2,3,4 or 45+2,3,4 in the
afternoon for 10.00 if we have room. Training never felt so good
Not sure if any will take me up on that, but I bet someone would ask....

Bonus.....a bake sale will be going on as well. The roller coaster of Table
Rock never ends!

Hey,
Warm and sunny.......A non-mudslinger-events tradition, but its in Southern
Oregon so I get lucky every once and awhile.

Juniors will race with the first group in the am, 20.00

NOTE to the riders

Please , after finishing clear the area! The Chief reserves the Right to
disqualify you for creating an unsafe finish area for the other groups that
will be coming over the top. We will have water at the finish so you can
start the hydration process once again, but after a few minutes of getting
water move along please.
