Wednesday, June 14th through Wednesday, July 12th.
Fees: $13 first race each night. $7 second race each night (for all you
hero types). Juniors $5 per race entered each night.
$55 Series pass is available only on June 14th. $7 second race fee would
still applies if you decide to race twice on any given evening.
OBRA membership is required. OBRA one-day and one-year memberships are
available at the registration desk.
Course Description: 1.1 Mile hilly loop around the upper reservoir in Mt.
Tabor Park in SE Portland.
Directions: From Downtown Portland take I-84 (or a surface street like
Burnside, Glisan, Stark, Belmont, etc.) East to 60th Ave. (if you take
I-84 use the 58th Avenue Exit, turn left onto Glisan, then right onto 60th.
Proceed South on 60th to Belmont and turn left onto Belmont. East on
Belmont (up the hill) to 69th and Belmont. Turn Right on 69th and proceed
straight ahead to the Park Entrance. You may park on city streets nearby
but please be courteous to the neighborhood.
Mt. Tabor Park is a prominent feature on any map showing Portland's East
Side.
Registration area is located in the parking lot across from the new picnic
shelter. This is near the amphitheater and basketball hoops.
Categories, Start Times and Awards
Women Cat 4: 6:15 PM 4 laps $125 cash and / Merchandise 4 Deep
Men Cat 4/5: 6:30 PM 7 laps $175 cash and / Merchandise 4 Deep.
*Masters A 6:45 PM 7 laps $150 cash and / Merchandise 4 Deep.
*Masters B 7:00 PM 7 laps $150 cash and / Merchandise 4 Deep.
Women 1,2,3 7:10 PM 7 laps $175 cash and / Merchandise 4 Deep
Men Cat 1,2,3 7:45 PM 10 laps $350 cash / Merchandise 6 Deep
PLUS the Grand Prize for men Cat 1,2,3 of Mavic Ksyrium
wheelset.
Additional prizes may be announced in the coming weeks
before the series starts.
*Masters A = Cat 1,2,3 Men Over 35 Years.
*Masters B = Cat 4 & 5 Men over 35 Years AND Cat 2 & 3 Men over 45 years AND
cat 1 & 2 Women over 30 years.
Cat 3 Masters over 35 may enter Masters A or Masters B.
