A hoi hoi,
I have a Gary Fisher Paragon 29er for sale. It's a 2008 model, light blue, 15.5" frame with a couple nice upgrades. It was purchased less than a year ago, probably 12-15 rides. If given the opportunity, surely this bike would love snow and the big wheels will squash any litigious types.

Frame: Aluminum, disc only. Light blue. 15.5"
Fork: Fox F80 RL 29 white (rebound, lockout)
Drive train: SRAM X9 shifters, derailleurs, LX Crank, XT bottom bracket (upgrade), SRAM chain, XT cassette (upgrade)
Brakes: Avid Juicy 5 hydraulic brakes
Wheels: ***Bontrager Race X Lite 29er tubeless ready*** (Huge upgrade, one pound lighter than original wheels!)
Tires: Maxxis Ignitor (huge upgrade)
Bar: Bontrager 31.8
Stem: Race X Lite 105mm (upgrade. original stem is also available, Bontrager Race Lite 75mm 31.8)

Bike retail was $1900 plus $750 for wheels.

Asking $1400.
