OK everybody, Yahoo says:

"Re: New Bulk Sender Application
We have reviewed the IP information you have provided and made the
appropriate changes in our database. As a result, the recent deferrals
you have referenced in your report should now be resolved."

Please let me know if there's any more funny business with duplicate
or undelivered posts to Yahoo email address. Our server configuration
is legit, and I've filled out Yahoo's forms and answered their
questions.
