The Victor Point Road Race

Sunday, April 21st, 2002



Course: A 17 mile loop with few flat sections, consistent rollers, and a

couple extended climbs. Road surface varies from excellent to medium in

sections.



Directions: From Silverton, follow West Main St. (Cascade Highway) south

approx. 7 miles to Doerfler Road. Turn left and follow Doerfler Road to

the intersection of Victor Point Road. Park in School parking lot or along

Doerfler Rd.



Registration Opens at 8:00 in the Victor Point School parking

lot. Registration closes 10 minutes before each race.



Fees: $16 pre-registration, $19 day of race. Juniors: $8 pre-registration,

$10 day of race. Make checks payable to Tony Kic.

Mail checks to Tony, C/O Road Race,5506 SE Oak St. Portland, OR. 97215.

Please include standard Obra Release form (www.obra.org). An OBRA license

is required to race, available at registration: $15 for an annual license,

$5 for a one-day license.



Helmets are required, under OBRA rules.
