Thank you all so much for your hard work and early morning hours that you gave to the Chainbreaker race!

The attendance was nearly 100 riders more than in 2008, the weather was perfect on race weekend, the trails were in excellent condition, and we've been flooded with compliments from racers with how excellent our race was.

We could not do it without all of you. I'm hesitant to try and name names, because each and every one of you helped with the race - but here's a few of you that come to mind...

Thank you Dickie G for rounding up all the schwag and prizes that we gave away on race day!

Thanks to all of you who pre-rode the course both guiding beginners around it, and helping to prepare the course for race day!

Thank you Chandra for taking care of ALL the details of land use and race registration!

Thank you to all the guys here at the shop for answering a million phone calls and questions leading up the the race.

A big thank you to Heidi, Drew, Steph, and Angela for helping with registration packets and registration the day before!

Thank you Warren for your help out on the course during the race! And for the cheers!

Thank you to Marcel for once again marking out the best race course with the best course markings that I see all year!

Thank you to Tim & Elise for shopping for and preparing most of the food for race day!

Thank you Eric from Blenderz for bringing all the free drinks on race day! And for the smoothies that you made just for the kids race!

Thank you Wally and Jim for coming from Portland just to help and race for the day!

Thank you to all of you that showed up early, before you raced, to help set up. It was easy and fast - and we were done before we know it.

Thank you to Heidi, Rob, and Jim for directing traffic during the race!

Thanks to all of the bike shops in Bend that hung our posters and came out to support our race!

Thanks to Bert and Dani for spending their ENTIRE day setting up, helping during all of the races, and then staying until the very end of clean up long after everybody was gone. Thank you!

Than you Dan and Brian for coming out early just to help us direct parking again, even when you had other things going on during your busy Mothers Day! That was awesome!

Thanks to Todd and Kevin for doing the majority of the work every year, while the rest of us have the option of playing and racing.

Thank you Sam for announcing once again!

Thank you Marc and Cynthia for helping to clean up at the very end!

Thank you Steve for riding sweep on race day and fixing more than your share of flat tires!

Thank you Alex for being everybody's favorite EMT and giving your time to the race - and for filling in for Sam with the announcing duties.

Thank you Elise for risking your life to take photos! Get well soon!

Thank you Doug for handling the scoring and making the finish line look so grand!

Thank you Amy for working your butt off before, during, and after our race! Both on and off the bike!
