Not nearly enough information to diagnose an injury. You should see a
healthcare professional to get checked out! Several good options in the
area for cycling-specific treatment. I would recommend seeing David McHenry
at PACE , Seth at HP
Chiro,
or I would be happy to take a look myself. Best of luck recovering and I do
recommend having a closer look at this.

Since doing a rather long ride this weekend I have had pins-and needles type sensation running from the armpit/tricep down to the thumb. I am wondering if anyone else has expereinced this, what it may be (assumng some inflamation pressing a nerve?) and what exercises if any can help avoid this in the future assuming it goes away.
