I got the same exact email for my WTB for my shimano pedals that I posted a couple weeks ago. It's the same wording exactly. I figured it was a scam and I had already found pedals anyway, so just ignored it. The wording is weird...and just looked fishy. Anything having to do with arranging payment by western union money transfer and all that is probably a scam.
People should just be on the lookout for this type of thing. It's unfortunate that it is showing up in the middle of OBRA land - where usually you can trust just about anyone with selling and buying stuff....
