swerved at... what is the correct response ?

Report it even if it seems to be poo-pooed!
I found in working with police and fire that they do want these things
reported. What happened to you may seem isolated, but in fact could be just
one event in a series. A good example of that is fires or tagging. People
reporting fires/tagging they find can enable investigators to put together a
case for a serial arsonist/gang activity. A similar event may have taken
place just days prior or a few blocks away.

I also strongly encourage you to report it. That way, if and when she tries this again--there will be a report on her record.

Sooner or later she might even lose her license for a while, and have to (gasp) ride a bike to get around.

... maybe someone will even swerve at her.

call 911 next time. thats menacing.
the 5-0 shows up fast when bikes are run off the road. now, your inaction has allowed that driver to think that behavior is ok. PLEASE take the time to report BS like that in the future. you still can report it. I greatly encourage you to do so. the police will track them down and talk to them. that is better than letting it slide because you're in a good mood.

Been a while since i have gone home up Mississippi from downtown/interstate avenue, and i only did because another rider was stopped, i asked if they needed help, he said yes-yes but i don't think he understood english, so when i turned around to help he said, "no" and hopped on his bike and continued down interstate. Rather than pass him again, i thought ahh what the hell i'll go up Mississippi..

Traffic was backed up on Mississippi(people headed for PCC?), that is 5 to 15 mph, thus I on my bicycle stayed behind the car in front of me. This is what i normally do on "normal" streets, stay middle to right in traffic if I can keep up, ready to go left and around right-turning-cars, but move fully right if I can't keep up with traffic. As a matter of course I ride smooth, predictably and obey the traffic rules.

Incident evidently started approx N Shaver going north on Mississippi, when car behind started using horn. The horn was evidently for me, but i was on the bumper of the car in front of me and so there was no reason and I ignored. Then i heard female driver say along lines of "bleep bleep, stay in your lane, I pay for my lane so stay out of it, bleep bleep bleep... I shrugged and said "what lane", (ie there is no bike lane) "this is my lane and i pay for it also" indicating road. She said I lot more but i could not really hear nor really cared. I kept riding, staying with the car in front of me. There was nowhere for the Jeep behind me to go so seriously nothing to get worked up over, ie shrug what can I do, too many cars...

At the next 4-way intersection, though, (N mason and Mississippi), as soon as the car in front of me left the stop sign, without waiting for 4-way traffic from the other directions and while a good car length from stop sign, the driver of the Jeep Accelerated and swerved to the right, towards me, I can only assume attempting to hit me and then kept going through intersection also almost caused a car-on-car accident as well. I heard it coming, and have good peripheral vision from having to square food with 1000 yard stare for 3 months at AOCS and so swerved to the right as well and so she missed me.

Maybe i was just mellow today, but I didn't swear, no obscene gestures, and as out of shape as I am, I easily caught up with the jeep (ie stop and go traffic) Pulled out phone and took a picture (5:39 pm), just shy of Skidmore (more swearing coming from jeep). For as many years as I have ridden, this has maybe happened before, but I certainly can't remember when. I could maybe half-understand the driver's action if i had done anything remotely close to provocation, but i hadn't.

needed help, he said yes-yes but i don't think he understood english, so

the hell i'll go up Mississippi..

Traffic was backed up on Mississippi(people headed for PCC?), that is 5 to
15 mph, thus I on my bicycle stayed behind the car in front of me. This is
what i normally do on "normal" streets, stay middle to right in traffic if I
can keep up, ready to go left and around right-turning-cars, but move fully
right if I can't keep up with traffic. As a matter of course I ride smooth,
predictably and obey the traffic rules.
Incident evidently started approx N Shaver going north on Mississippi, when
car behind started using horn. The horn was evidently for me, but i was on
the bumper of the car in front of me and so there was no reason and I
ignored. Then i heard female driver say along lines of "bleep bleep, stay in
your lane, I pay for my lane so stay out of it, bleep bleep bleep... I
shrugged and said "what lane", (ie there is no bike lane) "this is my lane
and i pay for it also" indicating road. She said I lot more but i could not
really hear nor really cared. I kept riding, staying with the car in front
of me. There was nowhere for the Jeep behind me to go so seriously nothing
to get worked up over, ie shrug what can I do, too many cars...
At the next 4-way intersection, though, (N mason and Mississippi), as soon
as the car in front of me left the stop sign, without waiting for 4-way
traffic from the other directions and while a good car length from stop
sign, the driver of the Jeep Accelerated and swerved to the right, towards
me, I can only assume attempting to hit me and then kept going through
intersection also almost caused a car-on-car accident as well. I heard it
coming, and have good peripheral vision from having to square food with 1000
yard stare for 3 months at AOCS and so swerved to the right as well and so
she missed me.

Maybe i was just mellow today, but I didn't swear, no obscene gestures, and
as out of shape as I am, I easily caught up with the jeep (ie stop and go
traffic) Pulled out phone and took a picture (5:39 pm), just shy of Skidmore
(more swearing coming from jeep). It was a Tan Jeep XD ? or XK. Grand

Kind of lazy today, so although i thought of reporting it, i was somewhat
sure i shouldn't call 911 since no got injured, so then i was like ahh
enough excitement for one day, and just headed home. Then now of course
thought "Obra list"..(sorry:) I suppose i could have called in a suspected
impaired driver, which she may have been?
For as many years as I have ridden, this has maybe happened before, but I
certainly can't remember when. I could maybe half-understand the driver's
action if i had done anything remotely close to provocation, but i hadn't.
