I'm posting a quick follow-up on the Eric Kautzky Memorial Track Race.
Thanks to those of you who raced on May 9th and graciously contributed to
Eric's Scholarship Fund at Tigard High School, we delivered a check in the
amount of $2180. I also wanted to share with you some excerpts from Lorna
Kautzky's thank-you note that I received this past weekend:

“I want to thank you so very much for organizing and sponsoring the Eric
Kautzky Memorial Track Race at the velodrome. It was a beautiful day and the
event was also well attended. What a tribute to your team and Eric’s
memory.... This year Eric’s scholarship fund was able to offer three
scholarships to three deserving students! One of the recipients is the first
in her family to graduate from high school and go on to college. She and her
mother who is single, have worked hard to accomplish her dream. Thanks to
you and your team she is well on her way….To date we have awarded eight
scholarships! Bless you all.”
