Will Dugan is looking for a team to hook up with at Cascade.  Will is a talented young racer who keeps getting better.  I met Will at '08 CX nats where he went on to win the Collegiate National championship.  He followed that with a stint in Belgium.  This season, he has continued where he laft off last year.

Yesterday, he won the pro 1-2 race at the balloon festival in NY.  Last week, he won a stage of the tour of Connecticut and was 2nd in another stage in the pro 1/2 class.  3 of the Kelly guys chased and couldn't catch Will.
