CyclingPeaks WKO+ will take care of this for you, and provide many more
metrics for quantifying your training stress. There really aren't any other
good options. Physfarm Raceday is the only other one, but I have found WKO
to be superior. Power Agent and the SRM stock software are inadequate. Get
yourself WKO and you'll be happy.
